throughout all rooms of the pretty establishment tastefully
furnished, inviting also a plethora of great coffee cakes, Czech
and Austrian chocolate ones with whipped cream in the middle
and on the top, and, of course, best English and American
cheese and carrot cakes. We will also taste the original coffee
house mixture  # 7. A sampler coffee-cake plate will be
available for everyone. „I am glad that Prague has its own,
really original coffee house in the centre of town, where you
can get a perfect cup of coffee in airy, spacey modern
atmosphere with a club patina of the past, to which you
just want to belong and visit every day,“ said a well-known
sommelier and a gastro writer Zdeněk Reimann, and added:
„You can have the best quality coffee, but if you just pour
hot water over it as some do, you cannot get the best cup of
coffee. It´s the way of preparation on the right machine.
“Benjamin Henderson, an American living in Prague with
his Czech wife and two children, praised “the two boys, Tom
and Mirek,” for making an American version too, so he can
surf the internet and drink coffee the whole day, without his
mouth twisting with the espresso strength.
